DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER (DPF) SOFTWARE REMOVAL*

The DPF prevents against harmful emissions, but can become clogged if you only do short trips. If you've had the DPF removed, the ECU will need reprogramming.

EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) SOFTWARE REMOVAL*

EGR is used to reduce emissions, but this can cause carbon deposits inside the engine, reducing fuel efficiency. If you intend to use the vehicle off road, you can have the EGR valve removed and we will reprogram the ECU to stop any engine warning lights.

ADBLUE SOFTWARE REMOVAL*

AdBlue systems are complex, with a high failure rate, requiring – at minimum – partial replacement of an already costly system. Furthermore, if you run out of AdBlue fluid while driving, the vehicle enters limp mode until it is replaced.

SPEED LIMITER REMOVAL

Many vehicles are restricted with a speed limiter, due to varying market restrictions across different countries. We can disable this limiter to allow your vehicle to reach its true top speed.

All services listed above are applied as part of a remap at an additional cost and not a standalone service. Please ask for details.

*Please note: For off road vehicle use only. We can only delete the AdBlue system, DPF & EGR if you do not intend to drive on public roads. You will also need to have the DPF & EGR removed by a mechanic.
